Our training sessions are designed to get you and your employees started the right way. 

We offer one on one and group training sessions that allow you and your staff to use our software more efficiently.   WebEx technology allows our trainers to turn your office into a classroom, taking telephone training to the next level.

AccuPOS training sessions provide custom tools to enhance the way you use our products.  Online training may be arranged for an individual or a small group.

Other optional software include C-Space, allowing you to watch and learn while we connect to your PC, and take control whilst showing you how AccuPOS can benefit your business, remotly. This tool will allow us to give you full remote support without the need to visit your business in person.

Click on the Remote Support button for Live one to one remote support with one of our staff. This service is only available during office hours of 9:00 am - 17:00 pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. You will require a broadband connection for this service to operate. Please call us on (44) 20 8203 9345 and speak to our technical support personnel, where they will assist you. Remote Support service is available Free as part of Annual/Monthly Support packages. If you do not have either of these support plans, Emergency Support charges will be applicable.

Download the software and install on your PC. You will need to generate a KEY, this software uses very high security and will only allow access if the permission is given.

Once the key has been generated, please email us your KEY then we will give you ours.
