Our Support Plans are designed to give you peace of mind.  You always have someone to help and expert advice with your AccuPOS system.  Whether you'd like assistance with initial set up, user operation, or (our specialty) "outside the box" solutions for unique businesses, our team is here to help. There are no scripts!  We carefully consider your question and respond from years of experience and directly working with end users.  All this makes our annual support the best deal in town! 

 

Further more as part of your support plan we can carry out the AccuPOS epos installation, for you using our remote software securely, easily at your site by the use of broadband technology. By connecting to your computer we can give you a One to One (1to1) hands on experience of AccuPOS, and or to give you full training whilst you watch AccuPOS at work, on your desktop.

 

Our 1to1 solution is second to none. We have used this technology to surpass all customers expectations. By the use of this technology we can over come most if not all questions, whilst you watch on your desktop the solution being implemented.

 

At the same time we can demonstrate AccuPOS functionalities, ease of use that will benefit you and your business.

We would also ask you to stay and watch which will give you a deeper and clearer understanding of AccuPOS epos installation and ease of use.

New staff, No worries, by the use of this service and AccuPOS Training mode we can easily train new staff, with out effecting your business.

 

We also offer on site training and support should you require this service, subject to additional charge.

 

When you enroll in an AccuPOS Support Plan, you'll receive:

* prices are for clients without support plan / maximum length of the support - 20 minutes. If the time exceeds this time, the charge will be reapplied.

Our AccuPOS annual support agreement provides unlimited access to Senior Technicians during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. GMT Time). Additionally you are eligible to receive updates as they become available. After hours Support is available for emergencies only, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for an additional fee.

Click on the Remote Support button for Live one to one remote support with one of our staff. This service is only available during office hours of 9:00 am - 17:00 pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. You will require a broadband connection for this service to operate. Please call us on (44) 20 8203 9345 and speak to our technical support personnel, where they will assist you. Remote Support service is available Free as part of Annual/Monthly Support packages. If you do not have either of these support plans, Emergency Support charges will be applicable.

 

Download the software and install on your PC. You will need to generate a KEY, this software uses very high security and will only allow access if the permission is given.

 

Once the key has been generated, please email us your KEY then we will give you ours.
