Futher more as part of your support plan we can carry out the AccuPOS epos installation, for you useing our remote software securely, easily at your site by the use of broadband technology.

We would also ask you to stay and watch which will give you a deeper and clearer understanding of AccuPOS epos installation and ease of use.

After hours support (per incident ***) £35.00 / €52.50
Per incident support £45.00 / €67.50

Our AccuPOS annual support agreement provides unlimited access to Senior Technicians during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9A.M. to 5 P.M. GMT Time). Additionally you are eligible to receive updates as they become available. After hours Support is available for emergencies only, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for an additional fee.

Click on the Remote Support button for Live one to one remote support with one of our staff. This service is only available during office hours of 9:00 am - 17:00 pm (GMT) Monday to Friday for support packages 2 & 3. Please call us on (44) 20 8203 9345 and speak to our technical support personnel, where they will assist you. Remote Support service is available Free as part of Annual/Monthly Support packages. If you do not have either of these support plans, Emergency Support charges will be applicable.
 
     
     
 
Download the software and install on your PC. You will need to generate a KEY, this software uses very high security and will only allow access if the permission is given.
  

 

Once the key has been generated, please email us your KEY then we will give you ours.
