We had one very specific and absolute requirement. The EPOS must
integrate seamlessly with QuickBooks. Very few EPOS systems actually do this, although a number claim to do so
and, at some considerable cost, other companies claim to be able to write a
piece of software to handle the linking from their own preferred EPOS
solution. But only AccuPos does so straight out of the box with very little setting up
in QuickBooks and continues to work with very little effort on our part. We use AccuPOS Retail in our three shops with the sales directly being updated in our QuickBooks
company file in our headoffice without error. This gives us the enhanced reporting we require on Sales, cost savings in QuickBooks licence fees and of course considerable
accountants fees in that an integration of all figures will not be needed.
We purchased the hardware direct from EuroPOS, where the equipment arrived as promised. But most important of all, and the reason we are more than happy to
provide this testimonial, is the cheerful, knowledgeable and most helpful
technical and practical support we have received. It is not at first glance inexpensive but is lower than comparable services and frankly has proven excellent value for money.
